Dreamers Alliance - United as One (DAU, now Alliance for Immigrant Justice)
The founding of this organization was interesting. I was there to pick the name and the initial branding. However the second year (2018-2019) of this organization I joined the Executive board.
The work done for DAU was what made me realize the power of a good marketing campaign. Our first big successful fundraiser was an initiative of mine, Donuts for Dreamers. This required several posts and physical flyers. It was here where the organization started to grow, which gave it the flexibility to rebrand years later.
